Got questions?
We’ve got you.
Here are some common questions about Nooodle, how it works, and what to expect.

Progress looks different for everyone. That’s okay.
Nooodle is an AI-powered app designed to help when starting feels hard. You can talk through what’s on your mind, sort through what needs attention, find a manageable next step, and build a plan that fits your day.
Nooodle is designed with ADHD and ADHD-adjacent adults in mind, especially for moments when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, distracted, low on energy, anxious, or unsure where to start.
You can start by choosing how you’re feeling or by typing what’s on your mind. Nooodle responds in a calm, practical way, helps you clarify what matters, and can turn that into small next steps or a Timeline you can adjust as things change.
You can use Nooodle for everyday planning, getting started on tasks, sorting through a busy day, breaking down something that feels overwhelming, adjusting plans when things change, or simply talking through what’s making it hard to move forward.
